Keep your budget under control and pay for your ticket in two instalments (valid for orders placed before May 16, 2024 at 11:59 pm).

You don't have to pay for your ticket in full straight away. You can reserve your ticket and spread the payment over a 3-month period, at no extra cost. Just go to the ticket office.

RESELL YOUR TICKET

If you want to buy or resell a ticket to another festival-goer, the only official and fully secure platform is available here.

To offer your ticket for resale, go to your order via the "Manage my order" link you received in the confirmation e-mail you received, to get to your order.

If you can't find the e-mail, you can have it resent here (https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets).

Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Resell".
Once you've chosen the price at which you'd like to sell your tickets, click on "Confirm".

We cannot guarantee the validity of any tickets purchased outside of this process.

I want to pay my ticket in 3 times

I want to exchange my ticket

To exchange your ticket, go to your order via the link "Manage my order" that you received in the confirmation email sent to you, to get to your order.

If you can't find the email, you can have it sent again here.

Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".

Then the system will ask you which ticket(s) you want to exchange. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you will see the passes and day tickets you want to exchange.

If you exchange a day ticket for another day ticket, for example, you do not have to pay a supplement. If you want to change from a 4D pass to a 4D + camping pass, you simply pay the difference.

I have a split-payment ticket and would like to exchange it

You must wait until all payments have been finalized before you can exchange your ticket.
Once your payments have been finalized, to exchange your ticket, go to your order via the "Manage my order" link you received in the confirmation e-mail you received, to get to your order.

If you can't find the e-mail, you can have it resent here.
Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".

The system will then ask you which ticket(s) you wish to exchange. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you'll see the passes and day tickets you want to exchange.

If you exchange a day ticket for another day ticket, for example, you don't have to pay anything extra. If you wish to change from a 4D pass or a day ticket to a 4D pass + camping, you simply pay the difference in price.
