As the festival progresses, the information on this page will be updated. Please check back from time to time to keep up to date and to consult the adapted plan.

Les Ardentes wishes to continue its efforts to make the festival accessible to people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility.

On the site :

Handicap and Reduced Mobility" tickets:
These tickets enable you to register with the festival management team by filling in a short questionnaire.
These tickets are also designed to help us understand and evaluate any adaptations required at the technical and reception levels.

A reception and management team:
From the moment you purchase your ticket through to your experience at Les Ardentes, a professional, trained team is on hand to answer all your questions and support you. During the festival, you'll find them at the various points listed below from the opening to the closing of the gates.

A special entrance:
Adapted for people in wheelchairs and reducing standing times, it offers people with recognized disabilities and those with reduced mobility (on presentation of proof) faster, safer access to the heart of the festival.
Please note: If your disability or pathology does not require access to the festival via this entrance (wheelchair, crutches, impossible/painful standing) you can go to the general festival entrances.

Reserved parking:
Accessible only by prior reservation when purchasing a "Handicap et Mobilité Réduite" ticket.
The PSH/PMR parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the special entrance, and is reserved exclusively for holders of the handicap parking card (or similar official document in the European Union) or on presentation of a medical certificate.
Please note: the number of parking spaces available is limited, and all parking requests must be made in advance; no access to this parking lot will be distributed on site.

For all enquiries, please contact: pmr@lesardentes.be

Reserved podiums:
Elevated and secure, they enable you to attend concerts on the festival's biggest stages.

A rest and care area:
Hidden away from view at the heart of the festival, the PSH and PMR area is the place where you can rest, eat, go to the toilets out of sight and get in direct contact with our teams.
This area also offers :

Storage of medication (in the fridge or in a locked cupboard)
Storage of equipment and personal effects (splint, diaper bag, etc.)
Loan of wheelchairs and crutches
Doggie bar
Access to electricity (recharging of electric wheelchairs, etc.)
Bed and chairs
Picnic area

On the campsite :

A special entrance:
Adapted for people in wheelchairs and reducing the waiting time when standing, it offers people with recognized disabilities and people with reduced mobility who have purchased the "Handicap et Mobilité Réduite" ticket, quicker and easier direct access to the campsite.

A specific, supervised camping area:
In the immediate vicinity of the PSH and PMR entrance, this adapted camping area is specially dedicated to people who have purchased the "Handicap et Mobilité Réduite" camping ticket.
Access to this area will be facilitated by the laying of flooring around and between the tented areas.
Access to this area during set-up will be managed directly by the management and reception team.
Please note: the number of pitches in the camping area is limited. Access to this area will be by reservation only, via the purchase of a "Handicap et Mobilité Réduite" ticket. No access to this area will be distributed on site.

Reception and sanitary facilities:
Right next to the PSH and PMR camping area, you'll find the reception team and access to adapted sanitary facilities.
You'll also be able to safely deposit your medication and have access to electricity.

Reserved parking:
