We are currently working on making the festival more accessible. A simplified map of the festival's accessibility features will be available shortly.
A welcome booklet in FALC will soon be available online or on request at the site entrance and at the P.M.R. reception area.
Disability and Reduced Mobility
Les Ardentes is committed to making the festival more accessible to all, in particular to people with disabilities (P.S.H.) and reduced mobility (P.M.R.).Facilities have been installed on the festival site and campsite to ensure comfort, safety and independence.
Les Ardentes was certified by Access-i in 2024. Find their analysis here.
⚠️ Important - Compliance with P.M.R./P.S.H. regulations ⚠️
P.M.R. tickets are strictly reserved for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, and those accompanying them. They enable the organizers to make the necessary arrangements to ensure a safe and comfortable welcome.
Please do not book a P.M.R. ticket if you are not concerned. This system is based on trust and respect for everyone: any space or infrastructure occupied without a legitimate reason could prevent a person with a real need from benefiting from it.
We're counting on everyone's solidarity to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festival in the best possible conditions.

The following F.A.Q. provides practical information in several categories (ticketing, camping, parking, etc.). Please check back regularly, as information may change as the event progresses.
Accessibility to the Ardentes
What specific access is there for people with reduced mobility on the site?
A special entrance has been set up for people in wheelchairs or with standing difficulties. It provides faster, safer access to the festival.
What facilities are planned for P.M.R. during the festival?
● Two secure, elevated podiums (Phoenix and Big Eye)
● An out-of-sight rest and care area
What does the P.S.H./P.M.R. rest area offer?
A discreet space with :
Care area
Fridge and closed medicine cabinet
Equipment storage (splint, diaper bag, etc.)
Loan of equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)
Access to electricity
Picnic area, chairs and bed
Is there a dedicated team for P.M.R.?
Yes, a team of professionals and volunteers is on hand from the moment you buy your ticket until the end of the festival. They are present on site at the various reception points to support and respond to the needs of the people concerned.
Is there any assistance for the deaf or hard-of-hearing?
This year, we are actively working on the presence of volunteers trained in French-speaking Belgian sign language (LSFB). They will be present in certain areas of the site to accompany and respond to the needs of those who express the need.
Can I access the PRM areas with my friends?
These areas are reserved for people with reduced mobility. Your friends may accompany you only if crowds permit. In the event of overcrowding, they may be asked to give up their place.
Am I P.M.R.?
I'm pregnant. Am I considered P.M.R.?
There are two possibilities:
If you'd like to experience the festival more comfortably, you can request access to the P.M.R. podiums. Please note that priority will be given to people with disabilities in case of overcrowding.
In the event of a difficult pregnancy requiring special accommodations, you will be considered as P.M.R. on condition that you provide medical proof. You will then be able to benefit from all P.M.R. facilities.
I've just been injured or had an operation. Can I have PMR access ?
Yes, people with recent injuries or temporary mobility limitations (e.g. broken leg, post-operative convalescence) are considered PMR. Medical evidence may be required.

How do I reserve my P.M.R. ticket ?
P.M.R. tickets can be purchased at the ticket office.
How much does a P.M.R. ticket cost ?
P.M.R. tickets cost the same as Regular tickets.
Why do I have to fill in a questionnaire when I buy a P.M.R. ticket ?
The questionnaire sent by e-mail following the purchase of your ticket enables the organization to identify specific needs and contact festival-goers if necessary. This helps us to adapt the facilities we put in place.
