As you know, this summer we were faced with the cancellation of the last day of the festival, following weather forecasts that led the authorities not to let us open on Sunday.
After the cashless and day ticket refunds for Sunday, we can now confirm the refund for holders of the 4 DAY PASS.
We have FINALLY succeeded and we would like to thank you for your patience in this matter. We can assure you that we have been working every day to be able to confirm this without jeopardising your festival.
In concrete terms, each holder of a 4 DAY PASS will be able, on request, to obtain a refund of ¼ of the purchase price of the PASS (excluding camping and parking, but including the purchase price).
For example, holders of the classic 4 DAY PASS (with or without camping) who bought their PASS for €240 (+ €7 charges) will receive a refund of €61.75 (€247 / 4).
In practice, if you bought your ticket on our website or via our official resale platform, you can submit your refund request HERE from now until midnight on 3 November.
Refunds will be made no later than a few days after this date to the account used to finalise the order. Please note that it may take a few days for the bank transaction to be activated.

With the after-movie just around the corner, it's now time to reveal the first details of the 2024 edition, so that we can all get together and make up for this summer's frustration!

Tickets for Les Ardentes 2023 are available in various physical shops:
First, go to our ticketing service. Then, when you validate your cart, you have to check YES to the option "Payment in several times". Then indicate your bank details so that the payments can be made. You will be debited each month from your first payment.
I want to exchange my ticket
To exchange your ticket, go to your order via the link "Manage my order" that you received in the confirmation email sent to you, to get to your order.
If you can't find the email, you can have it sent again here.
Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".
Then the system will ask you which ticket(s) you want to exchange. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you will see the passes and day tickets you want to exchange.
If you exchange a day ticket for another day ticket, for example, you do not have to pay a supplement. If you want to change from a 4D pass to a 4D + camping pass, you simply pay the 40 euro difference.
I have an installment plan ticket and I want to exchange my ticket
You will have to wait until all payments have been finalised before you can exchange your ticket.
Once all the payments are done, to exchange your ticket, go to your order via the link "Manage my order" that you received in the confirmation email sent to you, to get to your order.
