Accreditations Assistant
FESTIVAL LES ARDENTES 2024 (2 VACANCIES) - FESTIV@LIEGE ASBL
DUTIES :
Under the supervision of a production manager, the candidate will carry out tasks within the accreditation department:
Support in setting up the accreditation request platform
Follow-up and validation of accreditation requests for set-up, festival and dismantling (service providers, partners, exhibitors, etc.)
Follow-up of special requests
Presence at the accreditation office during the event
Follow-up of modifications during the event
Drafting of practical information for all accredited persons.
Trainee profile:
Education: University or High School (Bachelor's/Licence or Master's degree).
Qualities: autonomy and initiative, reactivity, sense of organization and priorities, ability to work as part of a team, good interpersonal and writing skills, ability to cope with stress and the unexpected.
Previous experience in managing cultural projects or events is an asset.
Computer skills: Office Suite, especially Excel
Language: Fluent French (written and spoken), good telephone and writing skills. Good knowledge of English, good knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Other :
Driving license required.
A car is a big plus.
Internship conditions: Unpaid internship (agreement required).
Must be present during Les Ardentes to apply.
Internship period: April to end of July/mid-August (4-5 months)
Availability on certain evenings and weekends for events organized by Festiv@Liège: concerts at Reflektor and OM, and the Jazz à Liège festival (early May). Depending on the dates of the internship, it is also possible to extend your assignments to the Ronquières festival (August 2 to 4).

Camping Assistant

Responsibilities :
Under the supervision of the production managers, the candidate will be trained and assist the teams in various tasks in the "camping" department (non-exhaustive list of tasks):
Pre-production
Participation in various production meetings;
Sourcing suppliers;
Analysis and follow-up of bids received;
Follow-up of animations;
Follow-up of communication with suppliers;
Follow-up of signage ;

Production - set-up and dismantling
Overall monitoring of production;
Reception and follow-up of suppliers and teams;
Assistance in setting up and dismantling the various areas;

Overall monitoring of production;
Discussions with various departments (disabled persons, catering, etc.).
In team and with zone managers, regular checks of certain key points, with a view to debriefing production managers and suppliers if necessary:

Sustainability, Mobility, Residents and PRM Assistant
Festival LES ARDENTES 2024 (1 vacancy) - FESTIV@LIEGE ASBL
Responsibilities :
Reporting to a production manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following departments (non-exhaustive list of tasks):
Sustainability :
Management and follow-up of sustainable development actions on site and on the campsite (brainstorming, estimates, retroplanning)
Organization of "recycle" competitions and volunteer management
Organization of the "Seconde vie" operation (recovery of equipment abandoned on the campsite for the benefit of associations)
Mobility :
Implementation of actions in favor of soft mobility and monitoring of partnerships (car-sharing platform, scooters, etc.).
Follow-up of the mobility plan and preparation of "mobility" communications
Miscellaneous follow-up: management of price offers, agreements, inventory of fixtures, equipment requirements, etc.
Residents :
Management of actions aimed at Ardentes residents (reduction, drinks, etc.)
Follow-up of communication with local residents: mail, mailbox, etc.
PMR (people with reduced mobility) and PSH (people with disabilities):
Management of the PMR mailbox with answers to PMR questions
Analysis of the questionnaire and follow-up of specific needs and requests in order to best prepare the reception and experience of people with disabilities in collaboration with the on-site PMR referent.

Experience in project management, youth movements or equivalent would be an asset.
