Responsibilities

Applying the various graphic guidelines to all communication media (digital and print).

Internship offer - Production Assistant / Artistic Logistics
Les Ardentes Festival – Les Ardentes SA
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the artistic production manager, you will actively participate in the preparation and logistical support of the festival's artists and technical teams. Your role will be cross-functional, involving both upstream organization and operational support in the field.
Your main responsibilities:
- Artist logistics coordination:
- Help set up transportation management (van rental, shuttle signage, encoding of required transportation, etc.)
- Follow up on artist reception staff + transportation staff commitments
- Prepare and distribute accreditations and useful and practical information
- Production and technical:
- Assist in monitoring artist technical specifications (tech rider, hospitality rider, etc.)
- Centralize and update information for the technical team and artistic direction
- Help with logistics (furniture, cleaning kits, and other orders of all kinds for stages and backstage areas)
- Hospitality & catering:
- Monitor and implement specific artist requests (catering, dressing rooms, hospitality)
- Support the hospitality team in welcoming and coordinating on-site needs
- Administrative follow-up:
- File and monitor contracts, invoices, and other important documents for artist settlements
- Monitor official documents required for artist tax files
- Team life:
- Actively participate in coordination with other departments (technical, transportation, hospitality, security, HR, communication)
- Be present during the festival to support production on the ground (long days to be expected).
Required profile:
- Student in cultural project management, events, communication, or logistics
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Google Drive, management software)
- Fluent English a plus (contacts with international artists)
- Interest in music and events

Under the responsibility of a production manager and in collaboration with the professional and technical teams, the candidate will carry out tasks in the following departments (non-exhaustive list of tasks):
Sustainability/Eco:
- Management and monitoring of sustainable development initiatives on the site and at the campground (brainstorming, estimates, reverse planning)
- Management and monitoring of the implementation of measures to maintain and manage cleanliness and selective sorting at the campground and festival site (brainstorming, identification of needs, identification of issues, meetings with suppliers, etc.)
- Organization, as a separate project, of the “recycle” competition and management of related elements during the event (equipment, infrastructure, logistics, volunteer resources, integration into the festival-goer experience, links with technical teams, etc.)
- Organization of the “Second Life” operation (collection of equipment abandoned on the campsite for the benefit of associations)
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities (PWD):
- Management of the PRM mailbox (receipt, classification, response)
- Management and monitoring of adaptation solutions for audiences with specific needs (brainstorming, quotes, reverse planning, awareness-raising, etc.)
