Internship offer - Graphic design assistant

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the department manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

Applying the various graphic guidelines to all communication media (digital and print).

Creating and updating various visuals: social media, signage, screens, newsletters, brochures, tickets, badges, etc.

Video editing of short communication clips and motion design.

Intern profile:

Education: university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)

Qualities: able to produce creative visuals. Organized, rigorous, able to follow briefs and meet deadlines. Able to manage a large flow of information. Able to spontaneously seek solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

IT: very good knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)

Language: Fluent French (written and spoken). Knowledge of English is a plus.

Other: A driver's license is a plus.

Internship conditions: Unpaid internship (mandatory agreement).

Internship dates: February - end of July

Must be available during the Les Ardentes festival.

Availability on certain evenings and weekends as the festival approaches.

Internship offer - Accreditation Production Assistant

LES ARDENTES Festival 2026 (2 positions available) – Les Ardentes SA

Description:

Under the responsibility of a production manager, the candidate will carry out tasks within the accreditation department:

  • Supporting the configuration of the accreditation request platform
  • Drafting practical information for all accredited persons
  • Monitoring and validating accreditation requests for set-up, the festival, and dismantling (service providers, partners, exhibitors, press, etc.)
  • Monitoring special requests
  • Attending the accreditation office during set-up and the event
  • Monitoring changes during the event
  • Monitoring re-invoicing
  • ...

Intern profile:

Education: university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)

Qualities: autonomy and initiative, responsiveness, organizational and prioritization skills, ability to work well in a team, interpersonal and writing skills, ability to manage stress and unexpected events.

Previous experience in cultural or event project management is an asset.

IT: very good knowledge of Office Suite, particularly Excel

Language: fluent French (written and spoken), comfortable on the phone and good writing skills. Knowledge of English or Dutch is a plus.

Other:

A driver's license is essential.

Having a vehicle is a big plus.

Internship offer - Production Assistant – Catering

LES ARDENTES Festival 2026 (1 position available) – Les Ardentes SA

Description:

Under the responsibility of the department manager, the candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Follow up on catering requests and special requests
  • Coordinate catering orders
  • Monitor quantities in conjunction with the caterer
  • Check catering during set-up/festival/take-down

Intern profile:

Education: university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)

Qualities: autonomy, responsiveness, motivation, priority management, organizational skills and task tracking, good teamwork skills, rigor, respect for deadlines, and interpersonal skills.

IT: very good knowledge of Office (especially Excel).

Internship offer - Production Assistant - Sustainability/Eco, Accessibility and Local Residents

LES ARDENTES Festival 2026 (1 position available) – Les Ardentes SA

Description:

Under the responsibility of a production manager and in collaboration with the professional and technical teams, the candidate will carry out tasks in the following departments (non-exhaustive list of tasks):

Sustainability/Eco:

  • Management and monitoring of sustainable development initiatives on the site and at the campground (brainstorming, estimates, reverse planning)
  • Management and monitoring of the implementation of measures to maintain and manage cleanliness and selective sorting at the campground and festival site (brainstorming, identification of needs, identification of issues, meetings with suppliers, etc.)
  • Organization, as a separate project, of the “recycle” competition and management of related elements during the event (equipment, infrastructure, logistics, volunteer resources, integration into the festival-goer experience, links with technical teams, etc.)
  • Organization of the “Second Life” operation (collection of equipment abandoned on the campsite for the benefit of associations)

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities (PWD):

  • Management of the PRM mailbox (receipt, classification, response)
  • Management and monitoring of adaptation solutions for audiences with specific needs (brainstorming, quotes, reverse planning, awareness-raising, etc.)
  • Analysis of the questionnaire and monitoring of specific needs and requests in order to best prepare for the reception and experience of people with disabilities

Local residents:

  • Management of actions aimed at local residents of Les Ardentes (preferential rates on tickets, drinks, distribution of passes, etc.)
  • Monitoring communication with local residents: mail, email, etc.
  • Managing communication and distribution of passes

Intern profile:

Education: University degree (bachelor's or master's) or bachelor's degree (final year)

Description:

Under the responsibility of the production managers, the candidate will be trained and will assist the teams in various tasks within the “camping” department (non-exhaustive list of tasks):

Pre-production

  • Participation in various production meetings;
  • Search for suppliers;
  • Analysis of offers received and follow-up;
  • Follow-up on activities;
  • Follow-up on communication with various suppliers;
  • Follow-up on signage;
  • Etc.

Production – set-up and dismantling

  • Overall follow-up on production;
  • Reception and follow-up with suppliers and teams;
  • Assistance with setting up/dismantling various spaces;
  • Administrative assistance;
  • Etc.

Production – event

  • Overall monitoring of production;
  • Communication with various departments (people with disabilities, catering, etc.)
  • Working as a team and with area managers, regular checks of certain key points, with a view to debriefing production managers and suppliers if necessary:
    • Overall cleanliness (showers, toilets, trash cans, etc.)
    • Accessibility of emergency exits;
    • Accessibility of aisles;
    • Etc.

Post-production

  • Drafting of a Post Event Report, including observations and ideas for next year

Intern profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree (communications/events/PR) or university degree
