Reporting to a production manager, the candidate will carry out tasks within the accreditation department:
- Support in setting up the accreditation request platform
- Follow-up and validation of accreditation requests for set-up, festival and dismantling (service providers, partners, exhibitors...)
- Follow-up of special requests
- Presence at the accreditation office during the event
- Follow-up of modifications during the event
- Drafting of practical information for all accredited persons

Trainee profile:
Education : University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
Qualities: autonomy and initiative, reactivity, sense of organization and priorities, ability to work as part of a team, good interpersonal and writing skills, ability to manage stress and the unexpected.
Previous experience in managing cultural projects or events is an asset.
Computer skills: Office Suite, especially Excel
Language: Fluent French (written and spoken), good telephone and writing skills. Knowledge of English or Dutch is a plus.
Other:
Driving license required.
A car is a big plus.

Sustainability/Eco and Accessibility Assistant

Description:
Under the responsibilitý of a production manager and in collaboration with the professional and technical teams, the candidate will carry out missions in the following departments (non-exhaustive list of tasks) :
Sustainability/Eco:
Management and follow-up of sustainable development actions on site and at the campsite (brainstorming, estimates, retroplanning)
Management and follow-up of the implementation of measures to maintain and manage cleanliness and selective sorting on the campsite and festival site (brainstorming, identification of needs, identification of issues, supplier meetings, etc.).
Organized the “recycle” competition as a project of its own, and managed all related aspects of the event (equipment, infrastructure, logistics, volunteer resources, integration into the festival-goer experience, links with technical teams, etc.).
Organization of the “Second Life” operation (recovery of equipment abandoned on the campsite for the benefit of associations)
Accessibility for PMR (people with reduced mobility) and PSH (people with disabilities):
Management of the PMR mailbox (reception, classification, reply)
Management and follow-up of adaptation solutions for the public with special needs (brainstorming, estimates, retroplanning, awareness-raising, etc.).
Questionnaire analysis and follow-up of specific needs and requests in order to best prepare the reception and experience of people with disabilities.
Trainee profile:
Education : University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or Bachelor's degree (final year)
Qualities: Autonomy and initiative, management of priorities and organizational skills, responsiveness, resourcefulness, motivation, good teamwork skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, stress management and introspection skills.
Previous experience in managing cultural projects or events is an asset.
An affinity with issues of sustainable development and/or accessibility for all is a major asset.

Reporting to the department manager, the candidate will be responsible for :
- Adapting the various graphic charters to all communication media (web and print)
- Creation and updating of visuals for signage, screens, wristbands, etc.
- Video editing of short communication capsules and motion design.
Trainee profile:
Education : University degree (Bachelor's / Bachelor's or Master's)
Qualities: Able to provide creative visuals, autonomy, responsiveness, motivation, management of priorities, sense of organization and follow-up of tasks, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pre-productie
- Deelname aan verschillende productievergaderingen;
- Zoeken naar leveranciers;
- Analyse en opvolging van de ontvangen offertes;
- Follow-up van evenementen;
- Opvolgen van de communicatie met de verschillende leveranciers;
- Bewaken van bewegwijzering;

Productie - montage en ontmanteling
- Algemene opvolging van de productie;
- Onthaal en opvolging van leveranciers en teams;
- Assistentie bij het opzetten en afbreken van de verschillende ruimtes;

Productie van evenementen

Profiel van de stagiair:
Opleiding : Bachelordiploma ( comm/event/RP ) of universitair diploma
Kwaliteiten: zelfstandigheid en initiatief, reactievermogen, vindingrijkheid, motivatie, prioriteiten stellen en organisatorische vaardigheden, in teamverband kunnen werken, goede interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, goed kunnen omgaan met stress.
Eerdere ervaring in projectmanagement voor evenementen is een pluspunt.
Computervaardigheden: Office-suite.
Taal: vloeiend geschreven en gesproken Frans, goede telefoon- en schrijfvaardigheden. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
Andere vereisten:
Een rijbewijs is essentieel.
Een auto is een grote plus.
Stagevoorwaarden: Onbetaalde stage (overeenkomst vereist).
