The Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between SA Les Ardentes and its customers (hereinafter "the Customers" or the "Customer"), whether directly via the Site, or via one of its official partners (hereinafter "Contract") and form an integral part of the Contract.
Prior to using the Site, the Customer is required to read these Terms carefully. By using the Site or placing an order thereon, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Conditions, unless he can prove otherwise.
The Customer's attention is expressly drawn to the fact that in the event of purchasing Services on behalf of third parties for whom the Customer is presumed to be the agent, it is the Customer's responsibility to inform such third parties of the present Conditions as well as of any other conditions that may apply to this Contract, and to obtain their acceptance of them at the latest at the time of conclusion of the Contract. Tickets sold by SA Les Ardentes for Services purchased by the Customer are nominative. Therefore, either the customer enters the data required to personalize tickets purchased on behalf of third parties when placing the order, or he/she provides the necessary information so that instructions can be sent directly to these third parties to personalize their ticket(s).
The customer's attention is also expressly drawn to the fact that when a Contract for Services offered by SA Les Ardentes is concluded through one of its official partners, the official partner's own general conditions may apply in addition to these Conditions, which in any case shall prevail.
The official partners of SA Les Ardentes are obliged to provide the Customer with the present Conditions at the latest when the order for Services is placed.
Only tickets sold by SA Les Ardentes and its official partners will be considered valid. SA Les Ardentes reserves the right to refuse access to the Festival, the campsite and the parking lots to any person who is not in possession of a valid admission ticket.

The creation of an account on the Site as a Customer implies having previously read and accepted without reservation the present Conditions.

c) to correct any material error.
The applicable Conditions will be those in force at the time of use of the Site or conclusion of the Contract.
Without prejudice to applicable legislative and regulatory rules, SA Les Ardentes will notify any modification and/or adaptation of the Conditions, or of any other rule relating to the use of the Site, by means of a message sent to Customers via the Site, no later than fifteen days before the modification or adaptation in question comes into force.

Customers who do not wish to agree to the modifications made are free to request the deletion of their account on the Site by sending a request to this end to the address helpdesk@lesardentes.be.
ARTICLE 4 - PLACING AN ORDER ON THE SITE
To place an order for Services sold by La SA Les Ardentes on the Site, the Customer must connect to the Site, select the Services he/she wishes to purchase and place them in his/her shopping basket.
The Customer can then either log in to their account or log in as a guest to place the order.
The total amount of the order, inclusive of all taxes, is shown in an order summary, and the Customer is then invited to confirm his/her willingness to pay for the order using the means set up for this purpose and referred to in article 5. They must also accept the Conditions.
The provision of tickets is subject to prior payment of the order.
Once payment has been made, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order and the tickets for the services purchased by e-mail, together with a copy of these Conditions. In the event that the Customer acquires tickets for other persons, it will be the Customer's responsibility either to complete the data necessary for the personalization of these tickets, or to communicate the e-mail address of these persons when the order is placed, so that they can receive an e-mail communicating the present Conditions and the useful information enabling them to personalize their ticket(s) themselves.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICES - PAYMENT
Prices are in euros, VAT included.
If SA Les Ardentes detects an error in the price of the Service(s) ordered, it will inform the Customer as soon as possible and propose either to confirm the order at the correct price, or to cancel it. If SA Les Ardentes is unable to obtain a response from the Customer on the proposed alternative within eight calendar days, it will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
The payment methods offered on the Site include the following: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact.
Payment in instalments
By choosing instalments as your method of payment, you agree to purchase tickets and/or other related products via at least two “monthly instalments”. You will obtain the conditional right to receive a ticket or other corresponding product after your first payment, provided that you pay all subsequent monthly installments on time. Once the last monthly payment́ has been received by Weezevent, you will receive the corresponding ticket or other product by email or post. If you do not pay a monthly instalment on time, the corresponding ticket or product will be cancelled́ and you will be charged an indemnitý.
By choosing to use payment in installments during the order process, you authorize Weezevent to directly debit the amount of the first monthly installment́ from your credit card based on your Payment Data. You will receive a payment link by email for the remaining monthly installments in due course. The amounts of the first monthly instalment correspond to 40% of the ticket sale price, the second and third monthly instalments are each 30% of the ticket sale price. Payments are made monthly from the date of payment of the first instalment.
By paying the first monthly installment, you obtain the conditional right to receive a Ticket and/or Other Product, on the condition that all subsequent monthly installments are paid on time to Weezevent, which will inform you that the monthly installments have beeń paid in full, or else that you have failed to pay one or more monthly installments. Weezevent will then ask you to fulfill your payment obligation within a particular timeframe. If you do not pay within the specified time, Weezevent reserves the right to cancel your purchase and impose an indemnitý on behalf of the Organizer.
If a payment is not received on time by Weezevent, the latter will inform you about the missing payment and indicate the date by which the due payment must be transferred to Weezevent at the latest. If the missing monthly payment́ has still not been paid by the due date, you will automatically lose your right to receive a Ticket and/or Other Product, and Weezevent will be able to cancel your order and charge you an Indemnity per Ticket/per Other Product. The Indemnitý per Ticket/per Other Product represents the amount of the first monthly payment.
ARTICLE 6 - GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on the Ardentes 2025 Weezticket site for the purchase of an entry ticket while stocks last. Gift vouchers do not apply to the camping regular option or to upgrade tickets already purchased.
They can only be used for the 2025 edition.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-cumulative. You can only use one voucher per order.
Gift vouchers can only be used in full on a single order.
ARTICLE 7 - PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH AN OFFICIAL PARTNER OF SA LES ARDENTES
The Customer may also purchase tickets for the Festival, as well as, where applicable, tickets for parking spaces and camping sites through an official partner of SA Les Ardentes.
In this case, the customer will be subject to the ordering, payment and ticket dispatch process set up by this official partner.
ARTICLE 8 - NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By virtue of article VI.53, 12°, Code of Economic Law, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract. The Contract concluded is therefore definitive, subject to the exchange and resale possibilities provided for in the present Conditions.
ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
Management and use of the Site
SA Les Ardentes will make its Site accessible to Customers and, more generally, to Internet users, in a continuous and uninterrupted manner. However, SA Les Ardentes reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to interrupt access to the Site, notably for technical or security reasons, and to suspend its services accordingly.
Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on its part (including that of its employees or agents), or, except in the case of force majeure, non-performance of an obligation consisting of one of the main services of the Contract, SA Les Ardentes may not be held liable for any damages whatsoever (for example, loss of opportunity, loss of time, loss of earnings, etc.) that may result from such interruptions.
Except in the case of fraud, gross negligence (including that of its employees or agents) or, except in the case of force majeure, non-performance of an obligation consisting of one of the main services of the Contract, SA Les Ardentes declines all responsibility in the case of error, omission or inaccuracy of information provided on the Site. Furthermore, in the event that the Site contains hypertext links to third-party content, SA Les Ardentes cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of this content and cannot be considered as approving this content.
SA Les Ardentes is not responsible for the management by Customers of their login and password, nor for the management of their account.
Nor is SA Les Ardentes responsible for the content of the websites of its official partners.
Limitation of liability
SA Les Ardentes cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract, except in the case of fraud, gross negligence (including that of its employees or agents) or, except in the case of force majeure, non-performance of an obligation consisting of one of the main services of the contract.
In the event that SA Les Ardentes is held liable, notwithstanding the assumptions of limitation and exoneration of liability provided for in the present Conditions, its liability shall be limited to direct damages (to the exclusion of indirect damages), and in any event to the amount of the price of the Service(s) sold.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the liability of SA Les Ardentes shall not be subject to any exclusion or limitation in the following cases: (i) death or personal injury caused by an act or omission of SA Les Ardentes; (ii) fraud; or (iii) in all cases where a limitation of its liability would be illegal or abusive.
The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that SA Les Ardentes cannot be held liable for any damage, theft, deterioration or accidents occurring in the parking lots and campsites made available to customers in the vicinity of the Festival. The Customer hereby accepts that the use of these parking lots and campsites is under his own responsibility and at his own risk.
ARTICLE 10 - FORCE MAJEURE
SA Les Ardentes will not be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations when such non-performance is due to force majeure in the sense of article 5.226 of the French Civil Code.
For the application of the present article, the following circumstances are considered to be cases of force majeure and constitute causes of suspension or extinction of the obligations of SA Les Ardentes (without this enumeration being limitative), which render the execution of these obligations (with the exception of payment obligations) impossible, dangerous, impracticable or unreasonable: fire, natural disaster, exceptional climatic and/or meteorological events, unfavorable weather conditions (or risk of occurrence of weather conditions) considered by the competent authorities as constituting a threat to the safety of persons and/or property, national or international emergency, strike, act of hostility towards the State, act of terrorism or threat of terrorism, riot or popular movement, accident, interruption or significant delay or failure of technical installations, failure or significant delay of necessary transport services, exceptional difficulties and impossibilities of using transport means and channels, order or command of Belgian, European or foreign public authorities, changes in Belgian, European or foreign regulations, epidemic, pandemic, machine breakdown, (threat of) war, acts of third parties or any external event of such a nature as to delay or prevent the performance of the obligations concerned. ..
In accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the present Conditions, it is expressly specified that a change in the Festival's programming, beyond the control of SA Les Ardentes, does not constitute a case of force majeure within the meaning of the present provision and therefore does not entitle the Customer to any reimbursement whatsoever.
In the event of force majeure, the obligations of SA Les Ardentes will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure and its performance deadlines will, if necessary, be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of the force majeure, if such an extension is materially possible.
If the case of force majeure results in the definitive impossibility of SA Les Ardentes fulfilling its obligations, SA Les Ardentes will be released from them. SA Les Ardentes will notify the Customer by any means it deems useful (notice on the Festival site, e-mail, notice on the Internet site, notice in the press, on social networks, etc.).
Where applicable, the Customer will be entitled, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to a refund of all or part of the ticket purchased, depending on whether force majeure results in the cancellation of all or part of the Festival. Only tickets for the Festival sensu stricto will give rise, in this case, to a refund, total or partial, to the exclusion of tickets for parking and camping.
ARTICLE 11 - CASHLESS PAYMENTS AT THE FESTIVAL
A cashless payment system has been set up on the Festival site, and is the only means of payment accepted on the site.
This cashless payment system uses a personal electronic bracelet provided to the customer in exchange for the admission ticket, onto which money is loaded either online via the customer's banking application or directly at reloading points (in cash or by credit card). Wristbands can be loaded even before the start of the Festival, via the link available for this purpose on the Site.
SA Les Ardentes may accept payment methods other than cashless payment.
For the organization and implementation of this cashless payment system, SA Les Ardentes calls upon a payment service provider: Weezevent, which assumes full responsibility, with respect to Clients, for the proper functioning of said system.
Consequently, in the event that a problem is encountered in the operation of this cashless payment system, SA Les Ardentes cannot be held responsible. It may, if necessary, set up alternative means of payment to compensate for any malfunctions.
Customers acknowledge and accept that they bear the risk of loss or theft of their electronic bracelet. It is the Customer's responsibility to report such loss or theft immediately, and to have their electronic bracelet deactivated at the (re)loading point inside the Festival site, or at the accreditation point outside the Festival site.
Claims
Customers are required to report any dispute relating to a transaction linked to the cashless payment system via the Site and/or at helpdesk@lesardentes.be, enclosing any supporting documents required to investigate the claim.
Dedicated contact points are also available on the Festival site and are available to customers throughout the Festival.
Refunds
Refunds of the money loaded on the electronic bracelet can be requested after the festival (start and end dates of the refund process are communicated on the des ardentes.be website). However, a handling fee of 3.75 euros is charged to each customer for each refund, and will be deducted directly from the refund.

The times of concerts scheduled during the Festival are given for information only. SA Les Ardentes is entitled, for reasons beyond its control, (for example, weather conditions, security reasons, compelling circumstances, cancellation or delay of scheduled artists, events compromising security, etc.) to adapt and/or modify the Festival program without these adaptations and/or changes being considered as a circumstance entitling the Customer to a total or partial refund, the ticket(s) remaining valid. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the Services relate to the Festival in general, considered as a whole, and not to one or more artist performance(s) considered individually.
Tickets
Unless otherwise stipulated, tickets are non-refundable. Similarly, theft or loss of tickets does not entitle the holder to a refund or replacement.
The Customer's attention is drawn to the provisions of the law of July 30, 2013 relating to the resale of tickets for access to events, which prohibits the resale of tickets on a regular basis, the resale of tickets on an occasional basis at a price higher than the initial purchase price, as well as the sale of privileged or promotional tickets that have not been the subject of an initial sale. The customer also acknowledges that he/she is not authorized, without having obtained the prior, express and written consent of SA Les Ardentes, to make one or more tickets directly or indirectly available to third parties for commercial purposes and/or in order to gain notoriety (for example, through the organization of a contest on one or more social networks, etc.), even if the ticket(s) has/have been acquired in compliance with the present Conditions.
Any counterfeit ticket will result in refusal of access to the Festival and may give rise to legal proceedings.
Tickets may be exchanged, only on request and after acceptance by SA Les Ardentes, notably to upgrade the Services concerned. In this case, the customer may be charged a transaction fee depending on the means of payment used, as well as service charges.
