You can also top up your cashless card at the cashless ticket offices and terminals located at the festival and campsite. However, for faster top-ups, we recommend the first two options.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED TO TOP UP MY FLAMMES?
Yes, you can top up with a minimum of 5 flammes (5€). Then choose a refill level from 4 flammes to 4 flammes (5€). Thus, you can reload 2,4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32 flammes, etc...
WHERE ARE THE CASH DESKS AND RECHARGING POINTS AT THE FESTIVAL?
Several charging points (cash machines and automatic terminals) are located on site and at the campground. For their exact locations, please consult the interactive map available soon on the Les Ardentes mobile app.
IS CASHLESS THE ONLY WAY OF PAYMENT AT LES ARDENTES?
Yes, cashless is the only means of payment on site and at the campsite. (With the exception of the merchandising stand, where credit cards* will also be accepted).
*Please note that American Express cards are not accepted.
CAN I CHECK MY CASHLESS BALANCE AND TRANSACTION HISTORY DURING THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, thanks to the Ardentes application, you can check your balance and your consumption history.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND ?
If you lose your wristband, please go to one of the Weezevent assistance points at the cashless desk.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHARE A CASHLESS ACCOUNT FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE ?
No, it is not possible. A wristband is associated with a cashless account.
I HAVE SEVERAL TICKETS BECAUSE I COME FOR SEVERAL DAYS. DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR EACH DAY?
If you have purchased multiple day tickets or 2-day passes, you will indeed receive multiple wristbands.
You can simply keep the chip from the wristband of your first festival day, which contains your cashless balance.
CAN I BE CHARGED MORE THAN THE AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY CASHLESS ACCOUNT?
No, this system is not directly linked to your bank account. You cannot be debited for more than the amount you have credited to your cashless account.
I CREATED AN ACCOUNT LAST YEAR, CAN I USE THE SAME ONE THIS YEAR?
Yes, you can log in with the same e-mail address as last year. Just use the code on your new festival ticket. However, any cashless remaining on your account last year can no longer be recovered, as the refund procedure has been closed.
CAN I KEEP MY CASHLESS ON MY ACCOUNT FOR NEXT YEAR?
No. Each Cashless account is linked to a ticket number valid for one year.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT ON CUPS IN FESTIVAL BARS?
Yes, a deposit is charged per cup when you order at the bar. Return your cups to CupReturn and your deposit will be refunded. Return your cups to the bar and your deposit will be deducted from your order.
How the cup deposit works:
Each festival-goer starts with a balance of 15 cups.
- If you buy a cup, your balance goes to 16
- If you return two cups, it goes down to 14
This means that you can be refunded for a maximum of 15 cups, unless you have purchased more with your cashless card.
Please note that at the end of the festival, if you leave the site with your cup, you will not be able to get your deposit back. Remember to collect your deposit before you leave.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS STORED ON THE CHIP IN MY BRACELET?
No personal data is stored on the chip in your wristband, and it is not linked to your personal data. This will remain the case for people who load Flames offline (at the cash desks and kiosks on the festival site).
If you decide to link your chip to an online account, certain data, such as your e-mail address, will be saved in order to carry out transactions.
HOW DO I GET MY CASHLESS BACK AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
After the festival, you can request a refund of your unspent cashless only on our cashless page.
This is ONLY possible on our website.
A handling fee of 3 flames (€3.75) will be deducted from your cashless account for the refund. Each refund is verified, which requires handling. These and other service costs are included in the refund fee.
You can collect your cashless card from July 7 at 12 p.m. until July 21 at midnight. No refunds will be possible after this date, and the balance cannot be claimed.
Once the refund request has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The transfer may take up to 1 week to reach your bank account.
Additional currencies offered during the festival are non-refundable.
Please note: you must keep your bracelet in order to receive a refund. You will be asked for your chip number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CASHLESS ?
If you have any problems with your cashless, go to a Wezevent trouble shoot at the cashless physical checkouts.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH TWO BRACELETS ?
Yes, if you don't have enough cashless on your bracelet, you can top up the missing amount with another bracelet.
ARE FLAMES WON IN PROMOTIONAL OFFERS OR GAMES REFUNDABLE ?
No, flames obtained in promotions by pre-loading Cashless or as part of games or competitions are not refundable.
WHERE CAN I SPEND MY EARNED FLAMES (PROMOTIONS AND CONTESTS) ?
You can only spend these flames in bars. Only the flames won in exchange for your phone on the Proximus stand can also be spent in the foodtrucks.
CAN I DONATE THE DEPOSIT ON MY CUP ?
Yes, when you leave the festival, you can donate your deposit to the association la Lumière by depositing it in the bins provided.
Donations will be used to support the association and fund the equipment they provide to improve the festival's facilities for the visually impaired (embossed map, training volunteers to welcome the visually impaired, etc.).
