Get your balance back

The refund procedure takes place this year from July 15 to July 29, 2024 only on our website or app. No refunds will be possible once this date has passed, and the balance can no longer be claimed. You must have the chip number of your bracelet to make your request.

A handling fee of 3 Flammes (€3.75) will be deducted from your cashless account for the refund. Each refund is verified, which requires handling. These and other service-related costs are included in the refund fee.

Once you have requested a refund, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund may take up to 1 week to reach your bank account.

Additional currencies offered during the festival are not refundable.

Please note: you must keep your bracelet in order to receive a refund. You will be asked for your chip number.
