TIP: Don't come to the festival with unnecessary items. If possible, do not bring a backpack or purse.

The following are not allowed on site

Weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances.
Illegal substances, drugs.
Strollers, trolleys
Dangerous, sharp or blunt objects, umbrellas, as well as any object likely to be used as a projectile.
Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired persons).
Non-drinkable liquids and gels in containers larger than 100 ml.
Tripods and selfie poles, lasers, drones
Large backpacks (> 45 cm height)
Gas and gas burners
Any other object that may be considered dangerous by the organization

To receive your confirmation e-mail again, go here and click on LES ARDENTES 2025 (even if you paid for your ticket in instalments).

Then click on “Already ordered? Retrieve your tickets by clicking here” at the top and enter the e-mail address with which you placed your order.

If you have paid for your ticket in instalments, you will only receive your final confirmation e-mail once all 3 payments have been completed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

I WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR MY TICKET IN 3 INSTALMENTS

On the ticket page, click on “LES ARDENTES 2025 - PAYMENT IN 3 INSTALMENTS” before choosing the ticket you are interested in.

The price indicated on the ticket office corresponds to the first instalment of the 3-installment payment plan.

The month following your order, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to pay your second instalment, then another e-mail the following month to finalize your third and final payment.

ATTENTION : If a payment is not received on time, Weezevent may cancel your order and charge you an indemnity per ticket equivalent to the first monthly payment.

The first monthly payment is never refundable.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I'VE PAID THE FIRST INSTALMENT OF MY THREE-PART PAYMENT PLAN?

On the1st of the month following your purchase, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to pay your second instalment, then another e-mail the following month to finalize your third instalment.

ATTENTION : If a payment is not received on time, Weezevent may cancel your order and charge you an indemnity per ticket equivalent to the first monthly payment.

The first monthly payment is never refundable.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?

This gift voucher can only be redeemed on the Ardentes 2025 Weezticket website for the purchase of a festival ticket and while stocks last.

You can only use one cheque per order.

It is neither refundable nor cumulative. To use your voucher, select the ticket you wish to buy in the LES ARDENTES 2025 or LES ARDENTES 2025 - PAYMENT IN 3 MONTHS event.

Enter the code shown on the gift voucher in the bottom right-hand corner of the “Got a discount code? Click here” before proceeding.

The amount of the gift voucher will be directly deducted from your order (excluding camping regular option).

I ALREADY HAVE MY TICKET AND WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ORDER

If you want to add camping to your 4-day pass, turn your day ticket into a 4-day pass or upgrade your ticket to a VIP ticket, it's easy!

Create your account here and enter the barcode of the ticket you wish to modify. You'll just have to pay the difference in price between your old ticket and the new one.

You'll find your barcode in the confirmation e-mail.

If you wish to upgrade more than one ticket, you can click on “Add new wallet” to add another barcode.

Camping

REGULAR CAMPING

You bring your own tent and stay at the Regular campsite ⛺️

Conditions of access : PASS 4 JOURS + CAMPING or PASS 4 JOURS VIP + CAMPING.

At Camping Regular, you'll have access to :

A mini-market
Bars
BBQ points
Catering areas
Fun and sports activities
Information and recycling points
Lockers to store your stuff safely
Pow Ready battery rental service
Showers* and toilets
Shaded areas

*To ensure you enjoy the best possible sanitary facilities, we'd like to inform you that the showers at the Regular campsite will be chargeable. (Payment via your cashless bracelet)

The different areas of the campsite will be opened gradually.

Installation on reserved areas is forbidden (paths, emergency exits, reserved areas, communal areas, etc.). Installations in unauthorized areas will be removed.

The areas are designed to accommodate 2-person tents on 4m2 and 4-person tents on 12m2 ( maximum 4 people).

EASY CAMPING

You rent a pre-assembled tent, which will be waiting for you on the REGULAR campsite, from our partner Festitent 🏕️

Conditions of access: PASS 4 JOURS + CAMPING or PASS 4 JOURS VIP + CAMPING and your Festitent reservation.

Make life easier for yourself and rent a pre-assembled FESTITENT tent for 1, 2 or 4 people at the regular campsite. Choose from a range of packages. Choose accommodation with or without air mattresses, sleeping bags and pillows.
Remember: you need a valid camping ticket to book your FESTITENT.

Pre-assembled FESTITENT are located on the Camping Regular site, so you'll have access to :

ALL STAR CAMPING

You rent Glamping All Star accommodation from our partner Festitent ✨

Conditions of access: PASS 4 JOURS + CAMPING or PASS 4 JOURS VIP + REGULAR and your Festitent reservation

! It's your All Star accommodation reservation that will give you access to the ALL STAR campsite without any additional upgrade !

Please note that each camper must have their own Pass + Camping, but several campers can be on the same All Star accommodation reservation. If you don't have proof of reservation, simply enter the name of the reservation at the entrance.

You'll have access to :

A main entrance reserved for Camping ALL-STAR
A reception and check-in area
All Star accommodation, which must be booked in addition to your camping access

HOW CAN I STAY AT THE EASY OR ALL-STAR CAMPSITE?

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE CAMPING ?

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE CAMPING

- All narcotic products;
- Perfumes;
Important: gas-free deodorants (roll-on type) as well as sun creams are allowed in limited formats (maximum 100 ml)
- All glass containers (empty bottles of 1L. maximum are allowed)
- Tin cans;
- Alcohol (bottles, flasks, etc.);
Cans of beer are allowed up to 6 cans (max. 50cl.) per person.
Soft drinks (carbonated or energy drinks) are allowed up to 6 cans or plastic bottles (max. 50cl per can/plastic bottle) per person.
- Water pipes, shishas, ... ;
- Generators;
- Tools (flat spanners, pliers, shovels) that can be used to dismantle the grids;
- All types of fire larger than a lighter flame (candles, braziers, burners and other gas installations, etc.).
A cooking area is provided in the welcome village. You can come and cook your food there.
- Sharp objects, blunt objects and any other material harmful to the conviviality of the campsite are forbidden. (weapons, bladed and prohibited weapons, syringes, fireworks, firecrackers ... ).
- Pets, with the exception of guide dogs.
- Apart from your tent, it is not allowed to add additional structures such as awnings, arbours, tarpaulins, swimming pools, etc.

If the camper decides to leave an object that is not allowed on the campsite, the organisation is not obliged to return it; it will not be possible to recover what has been confiscated at the campsite entrance.
Any person found on the campsite in possession of one of the above-mentioned prohibited objects will be immediately excluded from the campsite and the festival, permanently and without refund.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE CAMPSITE?

Installation of music (sound system):
Loud music is not allowed: do not forget to respect the sleep of others (your neighbours as well as the local residents).

Commercial activities :
Campers are not allowed to sell food, drinks or anything else.

Distribution of flyers, tracts, ... :
The distribution of flyers and other promotional materials is prohibited.

Cleanliness :
All campers are responsible for the area they occupy. People who leave rubbish lying around will be expelled from the campsite and the festival and will not be reimbursed.

Overall:
Anyone attempting to climb, open or damage the infrastructure, or to smuggle objects into the campsite will be immediately excluded from the campsite and the festival.
Access to the campsite will be forbidden to any person who violates the rules described in this document. Offenders will be liable to prosecution.
Unwelcome or inappropriate remarks or behaviour will not be allowed within the festival. Harassment, sexual assault, physical or verbal abuse, discrimination, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism will not be tolerated. If you are told that your remark or behaviour is inappropriate or improper, even if it is said "in jest", do not challenge it and apologise. Such behaviour may result in sanctions.

COME BY TRAIN

Make the right choice and come to Les Ardentes by train !

With the Event Train Ticket, you travel there and back between any Belgian station and Ans station with 50% discount! Free shuttle buses will then take you to the festival and campsite.

COME BY BUS

Book your bus trip from our ticket office!

Ontours takes you to the festival by bus from several major cities:

Belgium: Brussels Charleroi, La Louvière, Leuven, Mons, Namur (only for 1-day bus packages from Thursday to Sunday).
