PRM
Why PRM tickets?
The objective is to welcome the public with reduced mobility in the best possible way by allowing us to target the most important adjustments to be made.
Why is there a form to fill out when I buy a ticket or a PRM Pass?
We have set up this form in order to adapt the system to the number of people concerned and the type of disability of each person. This form also allows us to contact you more easily if necessary.
Can I change a ticket for a PRM ticket?
To exchange your ticket, go to your order via the "Manage my order" link that you received in the confirmation e-mail sent to you.
If you can't find this email, you can have it sent again here.
Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".
Then the system will ask you which ticket(s) you want to exchange. Here you can select for example the regular ticket you have taken. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you will see the PRM ticket you want to exchange. This is when you can select your PRM ticket.
If you exchange your regular ticket for a PRM ticket, you don't have to pay any extra.
Can I exchange a 4-day PRM pass for a 4-day PRM + camping pass?
To exchange your ticket, go to your order via the link "Manage my order" that you received in the confirmation email sent, to get to your order.
If you can't find this email, you can have it sent again here.
Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".
Then the system will ask you which ticket(s) you want to exchange. Here you can select, for example, the PRM pass you have taken. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you will see the 4 day PRM + camping pass you want to exchange. This is when you can select your 4-day PRM + camping pass.
The procedure is the same if you want to exchange your ticket for a PRM + companion ticket.
Do I have to pay extra if I buy a PRM ticket?
No, the purchase of a PRM ticket is at the same price as a regular ticket.
I bought a PRM + companion combo ticket with the same name, what should I do?
It is essential that there is a different name for the person with reduced mobility and the accompanying person. Please contact us for the modification request by telling us the name and surname of the accompanying person and the order number at pmr@lesardentes.be
I am a pregnant woman, am I considered PRM?
In this case, there are two answers, if you wish to experience the festival in greater comfort because of your pregnancy:
There's no need to buy a ticket or PRM pass. You may, however, request access to the podiums for people with reduced mobility located around our two stages.
Space on these platforms is limited, and priority is given to the disabled public in the event of large crowds, in which case you may be asked to give up your seat to the disabled.
If you need adapted facilities:
In the event of a difficult pregnancy, you will of course be considered as a person with reduced mobility. This difficulty will not be visible, but you will be asked to present proof from your doctor to explain the need for a PRM ticket. You will then have access to the PRM facilities.
I have just broken my leg or had an operation that had a major impact on me. Am I considered to be a PRM ?
Yes.
I have a non-visible disability, what can I do ?
In your case, you may be asked to provide proof of your disability in order to benefit from the planned accommodations.
Do I have to pay for my PRM parking?
No, the PRM parking lots are free with proof of disability.
Please note that spaces are limited. You must submit a reservation request via pmr@lesardentes.be and send us proof of disability (disability card, priority card for disabled persons, European parking card, mobility inclusion card, etc.) as well as the license plate, the vehicle model and the dates of your visit.
Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility ?
Of course, the campsite's main roads are accessible. An area of the regular campsite is reserved for PRMs and equipped with adapted sanitary facilities, a food area and a bar in the immediate vicinity, as well as a reception and service point.
Is the All Star campsite accessible to PRM ?
Although relatively accessible, the All Star campsite does not have adapted sanitary facilities. Your experience will be more pleasant on the PMR campsite located in the Regular campsite.
Is the PRM entrance the same as the main entrance?
No, people with reduced mobility can benefit from a special entrance. This entrance is located not far from the PRM parking lot.
On the campsite, people with reduced mobility also benefit from a special entrance next to the adapted area.
What if I need special care or medication?
On the festival site as well as on the campsite, there is a reception area for accompanying persons, where you can carry out your treatments. These areas will be equipped with a fridge to keep your medicines cool, and locked cupboards. For further information, please contact pmr@lesardentes.be
As a PRM, can I come accompanied / With whom can I come accompanied?
Of course, we have introduced PRM + companion cards to enable people with reduced mobility to come accompanied.
The companion is a person who is not a PRM and who accompanies the person with reduced mobility to facilitate access to the festival.
This person may use the same entrance as the person with reduced mobility and may also stay in the PRM campsite.
Additional companions cannot use this entrance.
Can my friends accompany me to the facilities for PRM?
PRM facilities are primarily reserved for people with reduced mobility and disabilities. If it's not too crowded, the facilities are easily accessible, but if it's too busy, you'll be asked to leave your place for those who need it most.
How do I know if my disability allows me to have PRM access?
Please contact us at pmr@lesardentes.be to discuss whether your disability requires the purchase of a PRM ticket.
Is there any accommodation specially adapted for PRM?
An area of the regular campsite has been adapted so that you can stay in the festival campsite.
Are there any parking lots specially adapted for PRM?
Yes, parking spaces are reserved in the parking lot on Rue de la Tonne near the PRM entrance to the festival. There are also reserved spaces near the campsite.
Please note that spaces are limited. You must submit a reservation request at pmr@lesardentes.be and send us proof of disability (disability card, priority card for persons with disabilities, European parking card, mobility inclusion card, etc.), as well as a copy of your reservation.
What facilities are planned for PRMs on the site? / What stages will PRMs have access to?
On site, you'll find an accompanying/rest area with a doggie bar, two raised, secure podiums with a view of the Phoenix and Big Eye stages, and an accessible food and bar area.
On the campsite, a pathway from/to the PMR campsite and the entire camping village, adapted sanitary facilities, adapted WCs and accessibility to the activities.
