From a young age, EKANY's passion for music blossomed, nurtured by a childhood spent in diverse countries such as Ghana, Belgium, Canada, Holland, and his native Burundi. This global journey ignited his love for a a lot of musical genres.

Ekany, is a musical force at the intersection of electronic beats, hip-hop soul, and a vibrant fusion of black and African influences. His unique sound has garnered support from renowned figures such as James Blake, Jyoty, and Damso.
