Liège, Be

At Les Ardentes, we want every festival-goer to have the best possible experience during the four days of the festival. We are mobilizing and taking responsibility to fight as hard as possible against all types of discrimination, harassment and violence, and we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. By visiting the Les Ardentes site, you are aware of the festival's values and you undertake to respect this charter of good conduct.

Let's work together to ensure that Les Ardentes remains a welcoming, inclusive, safe and environmentally friendly place !

LET'S CELEBRATE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVENESS

At Les Ardentes, you have the right to be whoever you want and to enjoy the festival feeling valued, respected and safe. The festival prohibits all types of violence and sexist and sexual harassment, as well as any incident or violence of a discriminatory nature (racism, sexism, LGBTQI+phobia, classism, ageism, ableism, etc.). The entire festival team is informed of the resources available on site and, above all, trained to react appropriately and to redirect you to the competent persons.

CONSENT: LET'S TALK ABOUT IT!

If it's not a big YES, then it's a NO! Consent must be enthusiastic, specific, reversible, but also given freely and in an informed manner. Remember that excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs does not in any way allow for informed consent.

LET'S DRINK IN MODERATION

Alcohol use or abuse in no way justifies inappropriate behavior! Knowing your limits also means knowing how to enjoy yourself without abusing! For your health, be mindful of your alcohol consumption, especially of strong alcohol. Also keep an eye on the consumption of those accompanying you, and NEVER encourage anyone to drink. Several associations and awareness stands will be present at Les Ardentes, so don't hesitate to approach them if you feel the need.

LET'S BE ACTIVE WITNESSES

To ensure that the festival remains a caring, inclusive and safe place, we urge you to pay particular attention to respecting each person. If you witness discrimination, harassment, violence, alcohol abuse, or any other problematic situation, do not hesitate to inform security and/or organization members. You can also approach the first aid and SYNKA Safety zones.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL

When addressing a festival-goer, volunteer, security guard, barman, or any other person on the site, no abusive language or aggressive behavior will be tolerated. All those present at the Ardentes deserve to be respected.

TAKE CARE OF THE ARDENTES

Enjoying the Ardentes also means respecting the venue and the facilities made available to you. If you want to come back to the festival year after year, don't start making it dirty and run down.

LIVE WITH OUR NEIGHBORS

Every effort has been made to cause as little inconvenience as possible to local residents. We are also counting on you to respect our neighbors, their peace and their property. When leaving, follow the signs and the barriers. Avoid shouting, refrain from urinating and do not litter.

LET'S BE ECO-FRIENDLY

Festivals certainly have an environmental impact. We must all work together to reduce the ecological cost of Les Ardentes. In line with our sustainability values, we encourage you to think consciously about your movements, your consumption and your actions at Les Ardentes. Waste sorting and cigarette butt disposal facilities will be available on the site and the campsite. Waste collection competitions will also be organized.

CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF

Leaving your pitch clean means respecting the work of the whole team after the festival. Don't forget to collect your camping equipment and other items when you leave. If you really have to part with them, take advantage of the equipment donation or recycling facilities on the campsite.

We are counting on you to respect this charter so that everyone's experience is the best possible.
