Les Ardentes encourages you to experience the festival in a more eco-friendly way ✨

 

 

  • To ensure we can provide the best possible assistance, PRM/disabled visitors are invited to complete the form available here : PRM/Disabled Ticket before receiving their personalized ticket purchase link.

    Companion tickets are also available through this form.

  • Go to the ticketing platform from Friday 5 June at 11:00 AM.

    By purchasing a DUO DAMSO PASS on our ticketing platform, you will get access to Les Ardentes on Sunday 5 July AND Dour Festival on Saturday 18 July, the day Damso will perform.

    You must present the same e-ticket at the entrance of both festivals. Please note that your ticket is personal and non-transferable, and an identity check will be carried out at the entrance.

    At Dour Festival : with the purchase of the “Damso DUO Pass”, you will have access to Les Ardentes on Sunday 5 July as well as Dour Festival on Saturday 18 July. Damso will perform on both of these days. The same e-ticket must be presented at the entrance of both festivals. Please note that this pass is nominative and identity verification will be carried out at the entrance.

  • You can upgrade your Les Ardentes ticket to a DUO DAMSO PASS so it also grants you access to Dour Festival on Saturday 18 July.

    If you paid for your ticket in instalments, you must wait until all payments have been completed before modifying your order.

    A €1.50 processing fee will be charged for the product change.

  • You will be able to upgrade to the combined Les Ardentes + Dour Festival offer for an additional €30, plus €5 in processing fees. To request this, simply follow the procedure detailed on our website: www.dourfestival.eu/infos/upgrade

  • Nothing changes for you, your Sunday ticket remains valid for Les Ardentes.

    Nothing changes for you, your Saturday ticket remains valid for Dour Festival.

  • Nothing changes for you. If you only wish to attend Les Ardentes on Sunday 5 July, you can purchase a DUO DAMSO PASS. It gives access to the full day and all concerts on Sunday at Les Ardentes.

    Access to Dour Festival on Saturday 18 July is included in the pass, but of course you are not required to use it.
