Don’t panic !

You can already personalize your ticket starting Monday, June 15, through your customer account.

If you’re attending with friends, don’t forget to transfer their tickets to them so they can also personalize their tickets with their personal information.

Personalization is mandatory !

On the day of your visit to the festival, you will receive a personal QR code that will allow you to enter.

You will receive all the instructions on how to access this QR code a few days before the festival.

Our only official ticket sales channel is our ticketing platform.

Don’t risk being denied entry to the festival because of a fake ticket. Only tickets purchased through our official ticketing platform, Night&Day, Fnac, or Ticketnet are guaranteed to be 100% valid.

You can find tickets resold by other festivalgoers through our official resale platform here.

You can choose to pay for your ticket in installments when entering your payment details.

We offer payment in 3, 4, 5, or 6 installments.

The first payment corresponds to the first installment. One month later (30 days after), the same amount will be automatically charged to your account.

If an automatic payment fails (insufficient funds, blocked card, etc.), we will retry the payment three times at one-week intervals (over a period of three weeks).

Please note : After three unsuccessful attempts, the payment plan will be cancelled and any previous installments already paid will not be refunded.

The month following your first payment (30 days later), the same amount will be automatically charged to your account.

If an automatic payment fails (insufficient funds, blocked card, etc.), we will retry the payment three times at one-week intervals (over a period of three weeks).

Please note : After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be cancelled and your initial installments will not be refunded.

If you would like to add camping to your 4-day pass, upgrade your day ticket to a 4-day pass, or upgrade your ticket to a VIP ticket, it’s easy !

Log in to your customer account via your confirmation email or here.

Then click on “Manage” for the ticket you wish to modify, followed by “Change Tickets”. You will be able to select the new ticket you’d like to switch to and pay the price difference between the two.

A €1.50 fee applies to any ticket exchange or order modification.

If you paid for your ticket in installments, you will need to wait until all payments have been completed before modifying your order.

If the ticket price has changed since your original purchase, you will only need to pay the difference between your original purchase price and the current ticket price at the time of the exchange. For example, if you purchased a WAVE 1 ticket and wish to add camping while WAVE 2 tickets are on sale, you will need to pay the difference between the two WAVE prices.

Then click on “Manage” for the ticket you wish to modify, followed by “Change Tickets”. You will then be able to select a new day.

If the ticket price has changed since your original purchase, you will only need to pay the difference between your original purchase price and the current ticket price at the time of the exchange. For example, if you purchased an Early Bird ticket and wish to change days while Wave 1 tickets are on sale, you will need to pay the difference between the two prices.

If you paid for your ticket in installments, you will need to wait until all payments have been completed before modifying your order.

Don’t panic, you will receive an email a few weeks before the festival allowing you to personalize your tickets.

This option will also be available through your customer account.

Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted at the time of purchase.

Outdoor Camping arrival hours :

• Thursday, July 2: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday, July 3: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday, July 4: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The Indoor Camping opens at 8:00 AM on Thursday, July 2.

Indoor Camping arrival hours :

The campgrounds will close on Monday, July 6 at 12:00 PM. Please make sure you don’t leave any belongings behind.

The festival’s Outdoor Camping is located at: Rue du Village, 4000 Rocourt

The campervan area is located at: Rue de l’Arbre Sainte-Barbe, 4000 Liège

The Indoor Camping is located at: Place Louis de Geer 2, 4000 Liège (Liège Expo)

OUTDOOR : you must hold a 4-Day Pass + Outdoor Camping or a 4-Day VIP Pass + Outdoor Camping

INDOOR : you must hold a 2-Day or 4-Day Pass + Indoor Camping or a 4-Day VIP Pass + Indoor Camping

OUTDOOR Easy/All Star : you must hold a 4-Day Pass + Outdoor Camping or a 4-Day VIP Pass + Outdoor Camping per person AND have booked a Festitent accommodation.

INDOOR : you must hold a 2-Day or 4-Day Pass + Indoor Camping.

INDOOR All Star : you must hold a 4-Day Pass + Indoor Camping or a 4-Day VIP Pass + Indoor Camping per person AND have booked a Festitent accommodation.

EASY accommodations are located in the Outdoor Camping area.

For your arrival, the Indoor Camping is accessible by tram from the city centre (get off at the Liège Expo stop). Simple, fast and efficient.

Travelling by car ?

A parking area is also available nearby.

Remember to reserve your parking space in advance.

This gives you a pitch for ONE vehicle : motorhome, van, rooftop tent or caravan in the Outdoor Camping area.

ATTENTION : A 4-DAY PASS + OUTDOOR CAMPING or a 4-DAY VIP PASS + OUTDOOR CAMPING PER PERSON IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE AREA (this also includes access to the showers, food trucks, bars and activities of the Outdoor Camping).

• Electrical connection : 10A / 220V (standard sockets, please bring your own adapters and extension leads)
  • No water connection will be available on motorhome pitches.
•  MAXIMUM PITCH SIZE : 6m x 9m
• Gazebos and awnings are permitted provided they fit within the 6m x 9m pitch.

Prohibited items : Same rules as for the regular campsite.

GAS CYLINDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

At Easy Camping, your tent is already set up for you in the Outdoor Camping area, so there’s no need to bring your own. You can arrive whenever you like, as your pitch is guaranteed.

All-Star Camping offers the extra comfort you’re looking for, with premium accommodation located within the Outdoor Camping area.

Please note : to access your accommodation, you must also hold a valid PASS + CAMPING ticket.

Accommodation bookings are managed by our partner FestiTent.

The camping areas are designed to accommodate :

• 2-person tents: 4 m² per pitch
• 4-person tents: 12 m² per pitch (maximum 4 people)

Sound systems :
Excessively loud music is not permitted. Please respect the sleep and comfort of others, including your fellow campers and local residents.

Commercial activities :
Campers are not allowed to sell food, drinks, or any other goods or services.

Distribution of flyers, leaflets, etc. :
The distribution of flyers, promotional materials, or any other advertising content is prohibited.

Cleanliness :
All campers are responsible for keeping their area clean. Anyone leaving litter behind may be expelled from both the campsite and the festival without refund.

General rules :
Anyone attempting to climb, damage, open, or tamper with festival infrastructure, or fraudulently bring prohibited items into the campsite, will be immediately removed from both the campsite and the festival.

Access to the campsite will be denied to anyone who violates the rules outlined in this document. Offenders may also face legal action.

Inappropriate comments or behaviour will not be tolerated anywhere at the festival. Harassment, sexual assault, physical or verbal violence, discrimination, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and sexism are strictly prohibited. If someone tells you that your comment or behaviour is inappropriate or offensive, even if it was intended as a joke, do not dismiss their concerns and apologise. Such behaviour may result in sanctions.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE CAMPSITE :

• All illegal drugs and narcotics;
• Perfumes;
  Important : Non-aerosol deodorants (such as roll-ons) and sunscreen are permitted in containers of up to 100 ml.
• All glass containers (empty plastic or metal bottles of up to 1 litre are permitted);
• Canned food;
• Alcohol (bottles, flasks, etc.) is prohibited;
  Beer cans are permitted, limited to 6 cans per person (maximum 50 cl per can).
  Soft drinks (carbonated or energy drinks) are permitted up to 6 cans or plastic bottles per person (maximum 50 cl per can or bottle).
• Water pipes, shishas, hookahs, etc.;
• Generators;
• Tools (wrenches, pliers, shovels, etc.) that could be used to dismantle fencing;
• Any type of flame larger than a lighter flame (candles, fire pits, burners, gas installations, etc.).
  A cooking area is available in the camping village where you may prepare your food.
• Sharp objects, blunt objects, and any other items that could disrupt the safety and atmosphere of the campsite (weapons, bladed weapons, prohibited weapons, syringes, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.);
• Pets, with the exception of guide dogs;
• Any camera with interchangeable lenses;
• Outside your tent, it is not permitted to install additional structures such as awnings, gazebos, stretched tarpaulins, swimming pools, etc.;
• For safety and mutual respect reasons, the use of drones is not permitted on the campsite.

If a camper chooses to surrender a prohibited item in order to access the campsite, the organisers are under no obligation to return it. Any item confiscated at the campsite entrance cannot be reclaimed later.

Anyone found in possession of any of the prohibited items listed above while on the campsite will be immediately and permanently expelled from both the campsite and the festival, without refund.

Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted on the campsite.

Minors under the age of 18 must have parental authorization and be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If you are staying at the Indoor Camping, we recommend taking a train to Liège-Guillemins Station and then using the tram to Liège Expo (the terminus of the line). This is where the Indoor Camping is located.

With the Event Train Ticket, you can travel round-trip by train between any Belgian station and Ans Station with a 40% discount. Free shuttles will then take you directly to the festival site and the campsite.

Use the SNCB code shown on your festival ticket to purchase the Les Ardentes Event Train Ticket on sncb.be/lesardentes. This code starts with the number 0, the capital letter I, and the letters FB.

Get dropped off as close as possible to Les Ardentes !

Three drop-off areas are available near the festival entrance, allowing you to drop off festivalgoers and leave immediately. Parking is not permitted in these areas.

DROPPING OFF A CAMPER :

• Get dropped off as close as possible to the campsite at DROP OFF 1 !

Take the E313 – exit 34 Liers, then follow the DROP OFF 1 signs.

Located near P1 Parking : Rue du Cheval Blanc

• Or use the Camping Kiss & Drive (Wednesday and Thursday only).

Then follow the KISS & DRIVE CAMPING signs (access via Rue du Village).

Located at the Kinepolis parking area.

ARE YOU A FESTIVALGOER ?

• Get dropped off as close as possible to the festival via DROP OFF 2 !

Take the E25 / E40 / E42 – exit 32 Alleur, then follow the DROP OFF 2 signs.

Located on Rue de l’Arbre Courte Joie (near the Cora petrol station).

How do I choose my parking area ?

• P1 : a more distant parking area, reserved for Outdoor Camping guests as well as Day Ticket and 4-Day Pass holders.
• P2 & Gold Parking : the parking areas located closest to the festival site.
  • P2 : reserved for Day Ticket and 4-Day Pass holders.
  • Gold Parking : reserved for Outdoor Camping guests.
• Liege Expo P1 : reserved for Indoor Camping guests. Shuttle buses will then take you to the festival site.
• Liege Expo P3 : reserved for Day Ticket and 4-Day Pass holders. Shuttle buses will then take you to the festival site.

If you have purchased two identical VIP tickets, you will have access to the VIP Parking and the VIP Shuttle, which will take you from the VIP Parking area directly to the festival’s VIP entrance. Return transfers are also included.

Discover the many parking facilities available in the city centre as well! You can then take a free shuttle from the TEC Cadran stop to reach the festival site.

Parking Saint-Denis

Parking is accessible 24/7. Rate : €8 for 24 hours.

Simply present your festival wristband at the parking reception desk to receive a discount voucher. You can then use the automatic payment machine and benefit from the reduced rate. No reservation is required!

Parking Liège Carré-Jonfosse

Parking Saint-Lambert

Parking is accessible 24/7. Rate : €10 for 24 hours.

Sunday : €4 for the day.

Access Saint-Lambert Parking by taking a ticket at the entrance. At the end of your parking period (same day, 2 days, 4 days, etc.), insert this ticket into the payment machine and benefit from a maximum daily rate of €12 per day.

Parking Central Park
