CAMPING CAR - VAN
The RV site provides space for ONE vehicle: an RV, van, rooftop tent, or trailer at the Outdoor campground.
PLEASE NOTE : A 4-DAY PASS + OUTDOOR CAMPING or a 4-DAY VIP PASS + OUTDOOR CAMPING PER PERSON IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE AREA (you also have access to showers, food trucks, bars, and all outdoor camping activities).
- Electrical hookup: 16A/220V (standard outlets; please bring your own adapters and extension cords)
- Maximum pitch size: 6m x 9m
- Gazebos and awnings permitted if they fit within the 6m x 9m space
Prohibited items: Same rules as for standard camping.

Loud music is not permitted: please be considerate of others’ sleep (your fellow campers as well as local residents).Commercial Activities:

The distribution of flyers and other promotional materials is prohibited.Cleanliness:
All campers are responsible for the area they occupy. Anyone who leaves trash lying around will be expelled from the campground and the festival without a refund.General Rules:
Anyone attempting to climb, break into, or damage facilities, or to fraudulently bring items onto the campground, will be immediately expelled from the campground and the festival.Access to the campground will be denied to anyone who violates the rules described in this document. Violators may face legal action.
Inappropriate or offensive remarks or behavior will not be tolerated at the festival. Harassment, sexual assault, physical or verbal abuse, discrimination, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and sexism will not be tolerated. If you are told that your comment or behavior is inappropriate or out of line—even if it was meant “as a joke”—do not dispute it and apologize immediately. This type of behavior may result in disciplinary action.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED ON THE CAMPSITE:
• All narcotics;
• Perfumes;
Important: Aerosol-free deodorants (roll-on type) and sunscreen are permitted in limited quantities (up to 100 ml);
• All glass containers (empty plastic or metal water bottles of up to 1 L are permitted);• Cans;
• Alcohol (bottles, flasks, etc.) is prohibited;
Beer cans are permitted, limited to 6 cans (max. 50 cl) per person.
Soft drinks (carbonated or energy drinks) are allowed up to 6 cans or plastic bottles (max. 50 cl per can/plastic bottle) per person.• Water pipes, hookahs, etc.;
• Generators;
• Tools (wrenches, pliers, shovels) that could be used to dismantle the fences.
• All types of fires larger than a lighter flame (candles, braziers, burners, and other gas-powered devices…).
A cooking area is provided in the reception village. You are welcome to cook your food there.• Sharp or blunt objects and any other items that could disrupt the campground’s peaceful atmosphere are prohibited (weapons, prohibited bladed weapons, syringes, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.).
• Pets, with the exception of guide dogs.
• All cameras with interchangeable lenses.
• Outside your tent, you are not permitted to add any additional structures such as awnings, gazebos, stretched tarps, swimming pools, etc.
• For safety reasons and out of mutual respect, the use of drones is not permitted on the campground.
If a camper decides to leave a prohibited item behind in order to enter the campground, the organizers are under no obligation to return it; campers will not be permitted to retrieve items confiscated at the campground entrance.
Anyone found on the campground in possession of any of the aforementioned prohibited items will be immediately and permanently expelled from the campground and the festival, without refund. -
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the campground and the festival.
Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must have a signed parental consent form along with a photocopy of their parents’ ID.

All items found during the festival will be available at the City of Liège’s lost and found office starting Wednesday, July 8.
