A week after the authorities banned us from opening the festival on Sunday because of the weather risks that day, we're still deeply affected. We've just had three exceptional days with you, and were only waiting for this grand finale.

Once again, we would like to express our gratitude for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult period. Your positive feedback online and by email has given us enormous strength.

We also understand and hear your legitimate questions about ticketing. We had hoped to be able to get back to you more quickly, but this is proving to be a real challenge and we need more time to find solutions with all the parties involved.
