Feel free to check this page regularly, as information may evolve throughout the organisation process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FAQ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What specific access is available for P.M.R. visitors on site ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A dedicated entrance is available for wheelchair users and people who have difficulty standing for long periods. It provides faster and safer access to the festival.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What facilities are available for P.M.R. visitors during the festival ?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Two secure elevated viewing platforms (Phoenix and Big Eye)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A private rest and care area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What does the P.W.D.\/P.M.R. rest area include ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A discreet space including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Care area<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Refrigerator and locked cabinet for medication<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Equipment storage (splints, changing bags, etc.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Loan of equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Electricity access<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Picnic area, armchairs, and bed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Is there a dedicated team for P.M.R. visitors ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes, a team of professionals and volunteers is available from ticket purchase until the end of the festival. They are present on site at various welcome points to assist and support people who need it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Is assistance available for deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This year, we are actively working on having volunteers trained in Belgian French Sign Language (LSFB). They will be present in certain areas of the site to assist people expressing specific needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Can my friends access the P.M.R. areas with me ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These areas are primarily intended for P.M.R. visitors. Your friends may accompany you only if capacity allows. In case of high attendance, they may be asked to give up their place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>AM I CONSIDERED P.M.R. ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>I am pregnant. Am I considered P.M.R. ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Two situations apply:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">If you would simply like to enjoy the festival more comfortably, you may request access to the P.M.R. viewing platforms. Please note that in case of high attendance, priority will be given to people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">In the case of a difficult pregnancy requiring specific accommodations, you may be considered P.M.R. upon presentation of a medical certificate. You will then be able to benefit from all P.M.R. facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>I recently got injured or underwent surgery. Can I have P.M.R. access ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes. People with recent injuries or temporary mobility limitations (e.g. broken leg, post-operative recovery) are considered P.M.R. A medical certificate may be requested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>TICKETING<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What is the price of a P.M.R. ticket ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">P.M.R. tickets are sold at the same price as Regular tickets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Why do I have to complete a questionnaire after purchasing a P.M.R. ticket ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The questionnaire sent by email after your ticket purchase allows the organisation to identify specific needs and contact festivalgoers if necessary. This helps us adapt the facilities provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Can I convert a Regular ticket into a P.M.R. ticket ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes. Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:pmr@lesardentes.be\"><span class=\"s2\">pmr@lesardentes.be<\/span><\/a> and provide your ticket barcode.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u26a0\ufe0f If you selected payment in instalments, all instalments must be paid before the modification can be made.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>PARKING<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Is there a dedicated parking area for P.M.R. visitors ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes. A parking area is available close to the P.M.R. entrance. Please note that spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>CAMPING<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Is the campsite adapted for P.M.R. visitors ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes. A dedicated area within the Regular campsite is reserved for people holding a P.M.R.\/P.W.D. ticket. This area is close to the P.M.R. entrance, includes adapted pathways, and benefits from supervision by a dedicated team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Do I need to reserve access to the P.M.R. camping area ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yes. Access to this area is only possible through the prior purchase of a P.M.R.\/P.W.D. ticket.
